ADA – East Central University men’s basketball senior Stirling Thomas has been named the ECU Male Student-Athlete of the Week for Feb. 8.

Thomas helped the Tigers move into second place in the Great American Conference standings with victories over Henderson State and league-leading Ouachita Baptist over the weekend.

The Elgin, Okla., native averaged 15.0 points and 5.0 rebounds per game, while shooting .360 overall and .308 from beyond the arc. Thomas added seven assists and one block.
