ADA – The East Central University soccer team dropped a 0-1 decision to Southern Nazarene in Great American Conference action at Lady Tiger Field.

The Lady Tigers (1-7, 1-1 GAC) were led by red-shirt freshman Taylor Lowe, who tallied a career-best eight saves.

ECU struggled to get their offense going, recording one shot on goal to the Crimson Storm's (6-3, 2-1 GAC) nine.

The game was scoreless until 37:03 in the first half, when SNU went up 0-1.  The teams battled through the rest of the game without another goal.

The Lady Tigers had a strong chance late in the second half, but were called for off sides.

ECU will now hit the road for a its final non-conference match of the season.  The Lady Tigers will travel to face Central Missouri, Sunday, Oct. 6 at 1 p.m.
