Box Score ARKADELPHIA, ARK. – The East Central University soccer team finished the 2013 regular-season with a 0-4 loss to Ouachita Baptist in Great American Conference action.

Box Score

The Lady Tigers (4-12, 4-5 GAC) were paced by senior Katelynn Harper, who tallied five shots (three on goal).  Junior Milan Galloway added two shots on goal.  Redshirt freshman Taylor Lowe was in net for ECU and recorded four saves.

OBU opened the scoring at 29:23 in the first period.  The score would remain 0-1 until the second period, when OBU added three more goals for the 0-4 final.

While the score was lopsided the shots on goal were close.  ECU tallied 11 shots on goal to 12 by OBU.

"The score definitely wasn't reflective of what was happening in the game," said head coach Riley Bailey.  "Ouachita played well but we didn't capitalize on numerous chances and they did.  I am proud of our effort, but we have got to be able to put some goals away."

The Lady Tigers will next be in action, Friday, Nov. 8 in the first round of the GAC Tournament.  ECU is the No. 4 seed at the tournament and will face No. 1 Southwestern Oklahoma State in Weatherford, Okla.
