ADA – The East Central University women's basketball team will host Texas Woman's in the final of three-straight home games at the Kerr Activities Center at 5:30 p.m.

The Tigers (1-2, 1-1 GAC) are coming off a 66-56 win over Arkansas-Monticello in Great American Conference action (Nov. 21).  ECU was led by sophomore Alexa Adair, who garnered a career-best 28 points and 10 rebounds for the first double-double of the year for a Tiger.

Adair is one of two players for ECU that are averaging over 10 points per game, with junior Whitney Stotler adding 11.3 points and 5.7 boards per game.

The Pioneers are 2-2 on the season, having gone 2-0 on neutral courts and 0-2 at home.  TWU is coming off a 50-57 loss to Colorado-Christian (Nov.21) in their last game.  The Pioneers have a +2.0 scoring and -3.0 rebounding margin for the season and are close to their opponents in most of the other statistical categories.  However, they do hold a 4.3 to 1.3 lead in blocks per game.

TWU doesn't have any players averaging over 10 points per game, but two that are above nine points per outing.  Morgan Easley is netting 9.5 points and 4.5 rebounds per game, while shooting .435 from the field and .667 from three-point range.  Erin Maxwell adds 9.3 points and a team-best 8.0 rebounds per game, with 11 blocks and .386 shooting percentage.

Tuesday's game is the 17th in the all-time series, with the Pioneers holding a 6-10 lead in the series after winning the last seven.  The Tigers are 2-4 when playing TWU at home, with the last home meeting coming Feb. 21, 2011 (L, 46-51) and the last meeting Nov. 29, 2014 (L, 55-64 – A).

ECU will then have over a week off before hitting the court again to face Henderson State (Dec. 3) and Ouachita Baptist (Dec. 5) in GAC road action in Arkadelphia, Ark.
