ADA – In what turned out to be a lop-sided game, the East Central University men's basketball team earned a decisive victory over Southeastern Oklahoma State, 94-57, in Great American Conference action at the Kerr Activities Center.

Ben Brown-White added 19 points and eight rebounds.
The game started as a tight battle, with six tie scores before either team could take a lead larger than five points. ECU was the team that broke open the scoring, starting with 8:15 left to play in the stanza. The Tigers used a 7-0 run to gain a 31-24 advantage and kept their lead between four and eight points for the rest of the half to lead, 42-36.
The second half was all ECU, as the Tigers opened the half on a 19-2 run in the first 5:30 for take a 23-point lead. ECU never let up and led by as many as 40 points (94-54) through the stanza. The Tigers scored 52 points to the Savage Storm's (5-10, 3-6 GAC) 21 for the half to take the 94-57 victory.
ECU led in all the categories across the box score, with a clear 42-34 lead in rebounds and 51.6 (33-of-64) to 36.4 (14-of-33) advantage in overall shooting percentage.
The Tigers will now get a few days off to get ready to host Southern Nazarene, Thursday, Jan. 21 at 7:30 p.m. in the Kerr Activities Center.
