The Tigers (10-4, 6-2 GAC) were paced by senior Ishmael Donzo, who tallied his 12th career double-double, with 20 points and 13 rebounds.  Fellow seniors Braxton Reeves, Brett Cannon and Donovan Halsel added 18, 14 and 12 points, respectively.

The start of the game was a back and forth battle, with no team getting over a three-point advantage in the first five minutes.  ECU then pushed the tempo and used a 6-0 run over a minute span to take a 16-9 lead.

The Tigers kept fighting and had the lead out to double-digits, with 13 minutes left in the stanza, and increased the lead to as many as 16 (29-13) in the half.  The Bison (4-8, 1-7 GAC) countered late in the half and cut the lead to eight (29-21).  ECU kept the lead around 10 points the rest of the time and went into the locker room with a 50-39 advantage.

OBU came out ready to fight in the second half, going on a 7-1 run in the first two minutes that cut the deficit to five (51-46).  However, the Tigers countered with a 12-1 run over the next five minutes to push the lead back out to 63-47.

ECU kept pushing and got the lead out to over 20 points half way through the stanza.  The Tigers held the lead around 20 points until the final seven minutes.  At that point the Bison used a 9-0 run to cut the lead to 11 (75-64).

ECU didn't let up and countered with a 7-1 run to get the lead back to 82-65, with 2:45 left on the clock.  The Tigers never let up on the tempo and finished with a 91-72 victory.

ECU had yet another strong night shooting, hitting 52.2 percent (35-of-67) of its overall shots and 64.7 percent (11-of-17) of its triples.  The percentage was a clear advantage over OBU's 40 and 26.1 percent marks.

The Tigers will now get ready for a battle with arch rival Southeastern Oklahoma State, Monday, Jan. 16 at 5:30 p.m. in Durant, Okla.
