The opening quarter was a low scoring affair, as it took ECU 2:30 minutes to score.  The Rangers (1-4) used two 4-0 run to push the advantage to 8-2 at the half way mark.  That is when the Tigers started to get back in rhythm, going on a 6-0 run over the next 30 seconds to tie the game at 11.  The teams traded three's and were tied at 11, before a 7-2 run in the final minute of the stanza gave Regis an 18-13 lead.

ECU kept fighting and in the first half of the second quarter went on an 8-3 run to tie the game at 21.  However, the Rangers went on a 9-5 run in the remaining time to take a 30-26 lead into the locker room.

The Tigers came out strong in the third quarter, going on a 5-2 run to cut the deficit to one (32-31).  But Regis again went on a run, this time 9-1 to build the lead back to nine (41-32), with just under five minutes left.  The Rangers kept the advantage around nine the rest of the stanza and end with a 48-37 lead.

Regis built the lead out to double-digits during the fourth quarter before claiming a 61-50 victory.

ECU will remain on the road, but this time head to Arkansas for two Great American Conference games next week.  The Tigers will first face Southern Arkansas, Thursday, Nov. 30 at 5:30 p.m. in Magnolia, Ark. and then Arkansas-Monticello, Saturday, Dec. 2 at 1 p.m. in Monticello, Ark.
