MONTICELLO, ARK. – The East Central University volleyball team finished up its final regular-season trip to Arkansas with a 3-0 (25-21, 25-15, 25-22) loss at Arkansas-Monticello.

Scoring

• Set One: L, 21-25
  • Nine tie scores/three lead changes
  • The Cotton Blossoms (??) took a 4-1 lead
  • The Tigers (0-23, 0-11 GAC) fought back to tie the set at seven
  • UAM would take a lead and ECU would tie the score (lead by as many as four)
  • Final tie at 21
  • The Cotton Blossoms then used a 4-0 run to earn the win
• Set Two: L, 15-25
  • One tie score/one lead change
  • UAM took an early 5-3 lead and never let it go
• Set Three: L, 22-25
  • Five tie scores/three lead changes
  • ECU led 11-7
  • The Cotton Blossoms then went on a 9-o run to take the lead for good
