ADA, OKLA. – The East Central University women's basketball team redeemed themselves after the first game against No. 22 Central Oklahoma, defeating the Bronchos (10-2, 1-1 MIAA), 75-56 at the Kerr Activities Center.

- The Tigers (7-3, 2-2 GAC) opened the game with a 4-0 run in the first minute
- UCO tied the game at four, with 7:52 left in the quarter
- ECU then took control for the rest of the game
