SHAWNEE, OKLA. – The East Central University baseball team finished up the final of two non-conference games against Oklahoma Baptist, falling 13-1 on the road.
The Tigers (3-24, 2-25 GAC) saw five players tally a single hit, with sophomore
Cale Ridling earning the lone RBI of the day.
The Bison (24-14, 16-9 GAC) got the scoring started in the second inning, with eight runs. ECU was the next to score, earning their lone run in the fourth.
Junior
Yan-Eric Tremblay got the inning going with a double and was sent home on a single from Ridling.
OBU pushed through in the fifth inning to score five more runs for the 13-1 final after seven innings.
The Tigers will return to Ken Turner Field for the final time in the 2018 season, April 20-21 when the host Southern Nazarene. Before Saturday's game ECU will honor its six seniors:
