ALVA, Okla. – Like the first time the East Central University soccer team battled with Northwestern Oklahoma State, the teams could not decide the match in regulation. However, this time it was the Rangers (6-7-1, 3-4-1 GAC) who claimed a 2-1 overtime victory, while both battled with cold, rain and windy conditions.
