ADA, Okla. – The East Central University volleyball team started the final week of the season with a Great American Conference match against Northwestern Oklahoma State, falling 3-0, at the Kerr Activities Center.

• Set One: L, 15-25
  • The Rangers (22-9, 12-3 GAC) started the set with a 7-1 run and never let the Tigers (2-28, 1-14 GAC) get closer than six points the rest of the set
• Set Two: L, 21-25
  • NWOSU took an early 4-1 lead
  • ECU countered with a 6-3 run to tie the set at 7
  • The teams traded serves, with ties at 11, 13, 14 and 15
  • NWOSU then used a 4-0 run to take control for good
  • The Tigers fought back at the end of the set, holding off thee set-points
• Set Three: L 16-25
  • The Rangers jumped out to a 5-1 advantage and never let ECU get close than two (5-3) the rest of the set
