WEATHERFORD, Okla. – The East Central University women's basketball team faced Southwestern Oklahoma State in the opening game of the 2019-20 Great American Conference season, falling 76-39.

• 1^st Quarter: 8-19
  • The Bulldogs (4-0, 1-0 GAC) opened the scoring with a triple
  • The Tigers (1-4, 0-1 GAC) followed with a 4-0 run to take a 4-3 lead, with 8:13 left
  • SWOSU countered with a 16-4 run the rest of the quarter
• 2^nd Quarter: 10-22 (18-41)
  • The Bulldogs increased the lead to double-digits in the first 20 second of the second quarter and never let up
