Men’s Basketball Claims Exciting Triple Overtime Victory over Arkansas-Monticello

ADA, Okla. – In a battle between two of the four teams tied for first place in the Great American Conference, the East Central University men's basketball team claimed a thrilling 129-122 triple-overtime victory over Arkansas-Monticello at the Kerr Activities Center.

Scoring
  • 1st Half: 43-31
    • The Tigers (12-2, 6-2 GAC) opened the game in control, taking a 28-4 lead in the first 9 minutes
    • The Boll Weevils (11-4, 5-3 GAC) followed with an 8-0 run over the next 2 minutes
