Women’s Basketball Earns Season Sweep of Oklahoma Baptist

SHAWNEE, Okla. – The East Central University women's basketball team claimed its second win of the season over Oklahoma Baptist, this time earning an 84-59 win in Great American Conference action.

  • 1st Quarter: 29-15
    • The Bison (6-19, 1-17 GAC) hit the first shot of the game in the opening 30 seconds
    • The Tigers (7-17, 5-13 GAC) followed with a 7-0 run over the next 1:30 minutes
    • OBU fought back with a 6-0 run over the next minute to regain an 8-7 lead
