ADA, Okla. – The East Central University women's basketball team fell in the final seconds to Northwestern Oklahoma State, 68-67, in Great American Conference action at the Kerr Activities Center.

- 1st Quarter: 26-18
- The teams traded shots in the first 2:15 before a three-pointer by the Rangers (11-11, 7-9 GAC) gave them a slight advantage for the next two minutes
