Men’s Basketball Faces Southwestern Oklahoma State on the Road

WEATHERFORD, Okla. – The East Central University men's basketball team hit the road and fell to Southwestern Oklahoma State, 89-118, at the Pioneer Cellular Events Center.

Scoring
  • 1st Half: 41-50
    • The Bulldogs (4-2, 4-2 GAC) opened the game on a 10-0 run (first 2:20)
    • The Tigers (2-4, 2-4 GAC) were held without a field goal until 15:40 was left on the clock
    • SWOSU kept the lead around 10 for the first seven minutes
    • ECU then went on a 6-0 run, over the next three minutes, to cut the disadvantage to three (17-20)
    • The Bulldogs pushed back and got the lead back out to double digits in the next three minutes

    • SWOSU kept control of the game through the entire half
