Women’s Basketball Defeats Northwestern Oklahoma State in Final Regular-Season Game

ALVA, Okla. – The East Central University women's basketball team finished the 2020-21 regular season with a, 76-64, victory at Northwestern Oklahoma State.

Scoring
  • 1st Quarter: 19-21
    • The Rangers (6-13, 4-13 GAC) opened the game on an 8-2 lead, in the first three minutes
    • The Tigers (9-8, 9-8 GAC) then went on an 8-0 run, over the next 2:30 minutes, to take a 10-8 advantage
    • The teams then traded shots and small runs for a 19-all tie, with 2:29 left to play
    • Neither team scored until the final seven seconds, with NWOSU taking the slight lead
