Volleyball Claims No. 4 Seed in the GAC West Region

ADA, Okla. – The East Central University volleyball team went to five sets for the second-straight time this week with Southeastern Oklahoma State, falling 3-2 (25-19, 16-25, 25-15, 9-25, 10-15) on Senior Night.  The match was the final of the 2020-21 regular-season and gave the Tigers (4-6, 4-6 GAC) the Great American Conference West Division No. 4 seed for the championship tournament.

  • Set 1: 25-19
    • ECU jumped out to an early 11-3 lead to take control for good
    • The teams traded points through the rest of the set
  • Set 2: 16-25
    • The teams traded the first four serves, before the Tigers took a 5-2 advantage
