Men’s Basketball Battles with Henderson State

ADA, Okla. – The East Central University men's basketball team played its second game against Henderson State in five days, dropping a 90-71 decision at the Kerr Activities Center.

  • 1st Half: 25-41
    • The teams traded shots to a 4-4 tie, with 18:30 left to play
    • The Reddies (16-10, 12-8 GAC) then went on a 7-0 run in the next three minutes to take the lead
    • The teams traded small runs to keep the differential between 4-9 points until 6:30 remained
    • HSU then pushed the tempo and increased the lead to 20 (39-19), with 3:30 left in the half
  • 2nd Half: 46-49 (71-90)
