ECU Athletics Announces 2025 Hall of Fame Inductees
Ada, Okla. – The East Central University Athletic Department is proud to announce the ECU Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2025, consisting of five individuals and one NAIA National Runner-Up team.
"It is with great pride and admiration that we honor the East Central University Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2025," ECU Athletic Director Matt Cole said. "This year's inductees have left an indelible mark on our university's athletic history, and their achievements continue to inspire future generations."
The 2025 Hall of Fame Class features Erin Curry (student-athlete), Terry Babbitt (student-athlete), Phil Johnson (distinguished coach), Chris Snowden (distinguished service), and Tyler Gillum (distinguished athletic alumni). ECU will also welcome into the Hall of Fame of Tiger greats, the 1989 ECU Men's Basketball NAIA National Runner-Up team.
With these additions, ECU's Hall of Fame Class expands to 156 former student-athletes, alumni, coaches, administrators, and teams who have made significant impacts and contributions to ECU Athletics.
A formal induction ceremony will be held on Friday, January 24
th at the Chickasaw Business and Conference Center. More information about the banquet, including ticket purchasing options, will be made available in the upcoming weeks.
