Men's Results

Leading the way for ECU was Pablo Illescas, who turned in a steady three-round total of 221 (+5) to place 21st individually. Illescas opened with a solid front nine in the first round before encountering a few setbacks on the back, finishing with a 76 (+4). He bounced back in a big way in Round 2, firing a season-best 66 (-6) highlighted by clean ball-striking and just one bogey. Although the final round proved more challenging with a 79 (+7), Illescas's stellar second round anchored a strong overall showing.

Gabriel Jones and Gage Tennyson tied for the Tigers' second-best finish, both landing in a tie for 42nd at +10 for the tournament. Jones carded an opening 78 (+6), then responded with an excellent 70 (-2) in Round 2 before closing with another 78. Tennyson opened with a steady 73 (+1), followed by a 74 (+2) in the second round. Despite a tougher finish with a 79 (+7), his consistent early rounds helped him stay in the mix.

Jackson Jones demonstrated growth over the three rounds. After opening with a 79 (+7), he improved in Round 2 with a 73 (+1). In the final round, he navigated a tough front nine but closed stronger to finish with another 79, ending at +15 in 56th place.

Rounding out the team was newcomer Landon Alexander, making his debut appearance for ECU. He opened with an 83 (+11), improved to a 77 (+5) in Round 2 thanks to steadier play, and closed with an 85 (+13), finishing 73rd overall.

With the fall season now complete, the Tigers will regroup and prepare for the spring slate ahead. The full spring schedule will be released in the coming weeks.
