East Central University Athletics

2015: Named to the All-GAC First Team…started in all 40 games for the Tigers…earned a.338 batting average…recorded 54 hits, 48 runs and 61 RBIs…tallied eight doubles, one triple and 15 home runs…had a .681 slugging percentage and a .413 on-base percentage…was 7-of-7 in stolen base attempts…recorded 78 putouts and four assisted outs, with just one error for a .988 fielding percentage...earned D2ADA and GAC All-Academic honors…also named to the ECU President’s List with a 4.0 Spring Semester GPA.
 
2014: Named to the All-GAC Honorable Mention and GAC All-Tournament teams…played in 56 games for the Tigers, starting in 50…finished the season with a .348 batting average…tallied 38 runs and 56 hits with a team-leading of 59 RBIs…also lead the team with 15 homeruns…tallied seven doubles and two triples…had a .955 in fielding percentage…made 83 unassisted outs.

2013: Earned All-GAC Honorable Mention honors…played in 46 games and started in 35…had 38 hits and 20 runs, with 11 doubles and eight home runs…earned 26 RBIs…had a .629 slugging percentage…went 6-for-6 in stole base attempts…recorded 45 putouts and three assisted outs.

Before ECU:  Played at Snyder High School…has a .480 batting average and .890 fielding percentage…claimed slowpitch all-state honors…also earned all-state honors in basketball.

Personal:  Born Oct. 13, 1993…daughter of Roy and Monica VanPelt…majoring in athletic training.
