Easton Marrs joined the East Central University baseball staff for the 2019 season as a student assistant working primarily with the outfielders and handled third-base coaching duties and will also work with the infielders.
Marrs spent the last two seasons at Seminole State. During his time with the Trojans, he handled the catchers and helped the team to claim two Region 2 tournament titles and participate in the South Central District Championship.
He also spent time as a Seminole State softball coach, Tecumseh High School baseball coach and Midwest Elite baseball club coach.
The Tecumseh, Okla., native earned an associate’s degree in health and physical education from Seminole State in May 2017 and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in general studies at East Central.
