Mason Glowacki enters his first year as the Athletic Operations and Business Management Assistant for East Central University Athletics in January 2026.
Glowacki joins the Athletic Department after spending two seasons as a Graduate Assistant Coach for ECU Baseball, including serving as the Head Coach of the Junior Varsity team. In total, he brings three years of experience on the Tigers’ baseball coaching staff, where he primarily oversaw infield development while supporting multiple facets of team operations. During his tenure, ECU consistently improved its fielding percentage over a three-year span.
In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Glowacki has volunteered extensively at ECU athletic home events over the past two years. His experience includes assisting with game-day operations and managing NCAA Live Stats for soccer, football, and basketball.
A former standout shortstop for the Tigers, Glowacki played at ECU from 2019 to 2023. He enjoyed a breakout season in 2022, leading the team in hits (61), at-bats (182), batting average (.335), runs scored (38), doubles (10), and stolen bases (13). His performances rank among the best in program history, as he currently stands ninth all-time in career stolen bases, sixth in single-season stolen bases, and tenth in single-season at-bats.
Glowacki earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from ECU in 2024 an master’s degree in Management in 2025
