Blake Crandall received a Bachelors degree from Friends University and a Masters from Delta State University. He was a 3 year starter at Friends University as a wide receiver, prior to his time at Friends Crandall played 2 seasons at Highland Community College. 
Crandall was the defensive assistant for Delta State University for 1 season. Prior to Crandall's time at DSU he attended Oklahoma Panhandle State University as the running back and wide receiver coach for 2019 & 2020 seasons. During his time there he developed 3 All Conference players.
