Josh Davis joined the East Central University football staff for the 2021 season as a graduate assistant coach for safeties.
Prior to joining the Tigers’ staff, Davis coached defensive backs at Arkansas Baptist College for a season.
Davis spent his collegiate career playing at Great American Conference foe, Henderson State University. He finished his career ranked in the top-10 career categories for total tackles solo tackles and TFL. He also finished in the top-five in solo tackles in a season and TFL. The two-time All-American also claimed All-Super Region 3 honors twice and All-GAC accolades three years.
The El Dorado, Ark., native earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in sports administration, from Henderson State in May 2016 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in sports administration at ECU.
