Biography

Before ECU: Transferred from Seminole State College…named the 2012 NFCA Diamond Catcher of the Year for the NJCAA…helped Seminole State to a 44-13 record and a second-place finish at the NJCAA Region II tournament in 2012…hit .477 and added 22 home runs and 65 RBIs as a sophomore…earned All-American honors as a catcher at Seminole…played her prep career at Deer Creek High School…earned all-state honors.

Personal: Born April 2, 1992…daughter of Paul and Cheryl Mengwasser…earned an associate’s degree in science from Seminole State College in May 2012…majoring in physical education, with a teach certificate.
