Chris Fisher joined the East Central University men’s basketball staff as a student assistant in 2014-15 after spending two seasons with the Tigers on the court.
Fisher ended his two years with ECU averaging 8.2 points and 3.0 rebounds per game. He shot .361 (125-of-346) from the field and .375 (72-of-192) from beyond the arc. Fisher also added 149 assists and 46 steals.
Prior to joining the Tigers, Fisher played at Ranger Junior College where he earned all-conference first team and all-region honors. He averaged 9.8 points and 1.8 rebounds per game as a sophomore, while adding 121 assists and 45 steals. Fisher played his prep career at Marion Abramson High School, where he was named to the all-district first team.
