East Central University Athletics

2015: Named to the GAC All-Tournament Team, the tournament MVP and earned All-GAC Honorable Mention honors…appeared in 26 games, starting in 14 for the Tigers…earned a 12-3 record, with four shutouts and eight complete games…struck out 53 batters and had an opponent batting average of .290…went 2-0 and earned a save in the GAC Tournament…earned the win against Central Oklahoma in the NCAA Central Regional, allowing three hits and one run in four innings...earned D2ADA and GAC All-Academic honors…also named to the ECU Dean’s List.
 
2014: Appeared in 15 games, starting in 11…threw three complete games with a total of 69.1 innings…allowed 63 hits and 41 runs, with just 27 earned…struck out 54 batters and allowed a .238 batting average…finished with a 5-5 record after missing a large portion of the season due to injury.

2013: Named the GAC Freshman of the Year and All-GAC First Team honors…was one of three pitchers for ECU…appeared in 29 games, starting in 23…threw 15 complete games and 133.0 total innings…earned a 19-3 record, including a streak of 17-consecutive wins…had a 2.71 ERA and .233 opponent batting average…allowed 118 hits, 51 runs and 43 walks, while striking out 133 batters…recorded three putouts and added 21 assisted outs.

Before ECU: Played as Washington High School…recorded over 600 strikeouts and had a career ERA of 1.14…earned all-state honors in both fastpitch and slowpitch…also named to the all-state team in basketball…was the school valedictorian.

Personal:  Born September 5, 1993…daughter of Larry and Angel Paulk…is majoring in nursing.
