Hunter Malcolm moved into a student assistant coaching role for the Tigers in 2014 after spending two seasons as a goalkeeper for the program.
Malcolm was sidelined with injury in 2013, but was the starting goalkeeper during the majority of the 2012 season. She played in 14 matches, starting in 10 and tallied 86 saves and a .804 saves percentage. Malcolm added a 1.52 goals against average and finished the season with a 2-5-3 record, including three shutouts.
Before coming to ECU, Malcom was a second team all-district pick at Creekview High School in Carrolton, Texas.
Malcom is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in education at ECU.
