Katherine Hamric joined the East Central soccer coaching staff for the 2018 season.
Hamric comes to the Tigers after spending the last seven seasons as a member of the Women’s Premier Soccer League.
Hamric finished her collegiate career at Concordia University-Texas where her team placed third in the ASC conference tournament. She also attended San Jacinto Community College and played at Garden City Community College, where she was a top performer in the NJCAA Jayhawk Conference.
While a prep, Hamric played at Santa Fe High School for four years. She was named a second-team all-state selection for four seasons and was the district MVP in 2012. She was also involved in club soccer as a prep.
A native of Santa Fe, Texas, Hamric is pursuing a degree in environmental and health science from ECU.
