Keith Miller joined the East Central University athletic department for the 2021-22 season, being named the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Academics.
He is primarily responsible for ensuring institutional compliance with the legislative rules, regulations and policies of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and Great American Conference (GAC). This position has additional responsibilities including the academic progress of student-athletes and assisting in the effective operation and management of the Athletics Department.
Prior to joining the Tigers’ staff, Miller was a certified law enforcement professional in Oklahoma for twenty-five years. He is also a veteran of the United States Coast Guard having attended ECU prior to enlisting.
The Holdenville, Okla., native earned an associate of science from Seminole State College, bachelor’s in science from Mid-America Christian University, and a Master’s in Education from Mid-America Christian University.
Miller lives in Byng with his wife, Janesa, and their two children, Jaylan and Kayson.
