ADA – East Central University women’s cross country sophomore Marisa Meza has been named the ECU Female Athlete of the Week after leading the Tigers in the opening race of the season.

Meza finished 12^th individually at the UCO Land Run in a time of 19:16.88. She helped pace ECU to a fourth-place finish, out of 12 teams, at the race in Edmond, Okla.
