ADA – East Central University men’s basketball junior Ishmael Donzo has been named the ECU Male Athlete of the Week after the Tigers split a pair of Great American Conference games over the weekend. ECU first fell 93-96 in overtime to Harding and then rebounded with an 86-76 win over Arkansas Tech.

Donzo averaged 17 points and 10 rebounds per game, while shooting .632 from the field. The Austin, Texas, native set career highs with 21 points, 13 rebounds, eight field goals and five free throws against the Bisons.
