RUSSELLVILLE, ARK. – East Central University women’s soccer freshman Lexi Hurley has been named the Great American Conference Goal Keeper of the Week in the opening week of the 2013 season.

In her first collegiate action, Hurley posted a goals-against average of 2.00 in contests against Colorado State-Pueblo and Colorado Springs. She recorded eight saves in 135 minutes of action.

The Lady Tigers (0-2) face Northeastern State, Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 4 p.m. at Lady Tiger Field.
