ARKADELPHIA, ARK., - After falling to Ouachita Baptist, 1-2 in overtime, the East Central University soccer team will go into the 2014 Great American Conference Championship at the No. 4 seed and will face No. 1 Southern Nazarene, Friday, Nov. 7 at 2 p.m. in Bethany, Okla.

Taylor Graves led the Tigers (7-8-2, 4-5-1 GAC), with a goal on two shots. Senior
Katie Glutz, who had tallied two goals against OBU (6-11-1, 5-5 GAC) two days earlier, tallied three shots on goal.
OBU was the first to get on the scoreboard, with a goal at 20:13 in the first half.
The Tigers knotted the game at one before the end of the first half at 34:13. Graves sent in a shot of outside of the box from the left, with an assist from junior
Kaitie Herrin for the 1-1 score.
The teams remained stalemated at one through regulation and went into overtime before the winner was decided. OBU earned the win on a rare penalty kick at 94:19 for the 1-2 final.
The Tigers will now travel to Bethany, Okla., starting Thursday, Nov. 6 for the annual GAC Soccer banquet where the All-GAC teams and players of the year will be announced.
