ADA – The No. 13 East Central University men's cross country team is headed to the 2015 NCAA National Championship in Joplin, Mo., Saturday, Nov. 21. The Tigers are one of 32 teams to earn a trip to the event and five from the NCAA Central Regional that was held on the same course to be run Saturday.
The 10K race will start at 11:15 a.m. at the Missouri Southern State "Tom Ruteledge" Cross Country Course.

Bruce Bragg and
Richard Mora earned United State Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Central Regional honors.
The Tigers will be the lone team from the Great American Conference in the field, which includes No. 1 Adams State who has won the last three championships. Grand Valley State is also in the field, the runner-up the last two seasons and the other team currently ranked No. 1 by the USTFCCCA poll.
ECU jumped back into the national poll, tied for 13
th, after the Central Regional. The Tigers were ranked in the poll or received votes all but the first two weeks of the season and were ranked as high as No. 16 during the year.
