The Tigers (5-19, 1-12 GAC) were led by sophomore Madyson Gill, with 16 kills a .220 (16k-7e-41ta) hitting percentage, seven digs and two (1-1) blocks.  Sophomore Lily Porsa led the team with 15 digs, while sophomore Taylor Turner earned her fourth double-double of the year with 30 assists and 14 digs.

The opening set started out close, with the teams ending the first 12 serves with a six-all tie.  However, the Crimson Storm (13-15, 9-4 GAC) then took control of the tempo with a 7-2 run for an 8-14 advantage.

ECU kept fighting and slowly cut the lead back to one (16-17).  SNU then jumped back out to a 17-20 advantage, before the Tigers made a final push for control and used a 5-0 run to take a 22-20 lead before earning the 25-21 win.

The start of the second set seemed like the first with four tie scores and a lead change in the first 12 serves.  When the teams were tied at six, the Crimson Storm used an 8-0 run to take a 6-14 advantage. That would be all they would need in the set as they moved into the intermission with set win each after a 17-25 win.

SNU took an early 2-8 advantage in the third set and never let up.  While the Tigers fought back toward the end of the set, they just traded points with the Crimson Storm and ended up fall 14-25.

The Crimson Storm started the fourth set with a 5-0 run and kept the lead until the middle of the set.  Both teams used small runs throughout the set, but it was a 5-1 run by ECU that forced a 15-all tie.  The teams again traded runs to force ties from 18 to 23 before SNU used a 2-0 run to earn the 23-25 win.

The Tigers will wrap up their road matches for the season, Thursday, Nov. 5 when they travel to Weatherford, Okla., to face Southwestern Oklahoma State at 7 p.m.
