Men’s Basketball Opens Second Round of GAC Games against Southern Nazarene

ADA, Okla. – In the first game of the second round of Great American Conference Western Division games, the East Central University men's basketball team fell to Southern Nazarene, 72-81, at the Kerr Activities Center.

  • 1st Half: 40-44
    • The Crimson Storm (4-2, 4-2 GAC) started the game on a 9-2 run in the first three minutes
    • SNU continued to push and increased the lead to 23-12, with 11:12 remaining
    • The Tigers (2-3, 2-3 GAC) started to push back and tied the game at 28 over the next five minutes
    • The teams traded shots until the final minute, game tied at 40
    • The Crimson Storm finished the half on a 4-0 run
