Biography

2016: Helped the Tigers claim the 2016 GAC Cross Country Championship…claimed All-GAC Second Team honors…participated in all six cross country races...finished sixth at the 2017 GAC Track & Field Championship in the 5,000 meters...named to the All-GAC Academic Team.

2015: Participated in the first two races of the season for the Tigers in cross country…was the top finisher for ECU in the UCO Land Run in 19:16.88…participated in the 1,500 and 5,000 meters in track & field…turned in season best times of 5:00.19 in the 1,500 and 17:52.37 in the 5,000 meters…named to the GAC and D2ADA All-Academic Teams…earned a spot on the ECU Dean’s List for Fall 2015 and Spring 2016.

2014: Named the GAC Freshman of the Year and to the All-GAC First Team…ran in six races…finished fifth at the GAC Championship in 19:41.3…had her best time at the Chile Pepper Festival in 18:37.3.

Before ECU: Ran cross country and track & field at Pete Knight High School…team finished first in the Valley her senior season…individually finished second in the league as a senior.

Personal: Born December 7, 1995...daughter of Pablo Meza and Elicia Macias...is undecided on a major.
