ADA – East Central University junior Oscar Gomez had a strong showing for the Tigers over Spring Break, earning wins in both games that he started and appeared.

Gomez threw 12.1 innings, allowed 10 hits and six runs, while striking out nine batters.  He held the opposition to a .22 batting average. 

The Monticlair, Calif., native earned a win at Oklahoma Baptist with three hits and three runs allowed and four Ks in six innings.  He also added a win in the third game of the series against Southern Nazarene to help the Tigers earn their first three-game series sweep of a GAC school.
