ADA – The East Central University men's basketball got back on track with a 109-75 victory over Henderson State in Great American Conference action at the Kerr Activities Center. The game marked the third-straight game at home that the Tigers (6-3, 4-1 GAC) scored over 100 points in a game.

ECU saw five players score in double-digits, with junior

The game started out close, with the game tied at 11 after the first six minutes. The Tigers then went on a 16-0 run over the next five minutes to take the lead for good. ECU kept the lead between 13 and 19 points the rest of the half, heading into the locker room with a 52-33 advantage.
The Tigers went on a 5-0 run in the first two minutes of the second half and continued to push all the way through the stanza. ECU earned a 30-point lead around the half way point and lead by as many as 34 before claiming the 109-75 win.
The Tigers will remain at home for the next GAC contest, hosing Ouachita Baptist, Saturday, Jan. 6 at 3 p.m.
