2016: Helped the Tigers claim the 2016 GAC Cross Country Championship…ran in all six cross country races for ECU…had a season best time of 19:42.90 at the GAC Championship.

2015: Ran in all six races for the Tigers in cross country…had a season best time of 19:01.50 at the GAC Championship for 24th…also participated in the 1,500 and 5,000 meters in track & field…had season best times of 5:13.16 in the 1,500 and 18:50.18 in the 5,000 meters.

Before ECU: Four-year member of the Great Oak High School cross country team…helped the team claim three-state championships…team also placed second at nationals as a senior and eighth as a junior.

Personal: Born August 8, 1997…daughter of Michael and Michelle Pflughoft…majoring in nursing.
