ADA – The East Central University soccer team will get to start Great American Conference action this weekend at Tiger Field when Southwestern Oklahoma State and Northwestern Oklahoma State come to town.
The Tigers (1-5) will first host Southwestern, Thursday, Sept. 24 at 4 p.m. and then Northwestern, Saturday, Sept. 26 at 1 p.m.
ECU had just one match last week, falling in a hard-fought battle to Lubbock Christian (2-3). The Tigers had fallen behind 0-3 when senior

ECU has not had the best offensive start to the 2015 season, scoring just six goals and allowing 15 against strong competition. Kennedy is the only player with multiple goals for the season, with three others having scored one each.
Freshman
Chloe Hull has seen most of the action in net, with 48 saves and a 2.43 goals against average. Senior
Taylor Lowe played in part of the last match, allowing one goal and stopping one shot.
The Bulldogs are 4-2 so far in 2015 and have won their last two matches. SWOSU will face NWOSU Tuesday before coming to Ada. The Bulldogs have had close matches with their opponents this season, with a 9-7 goals scored mark and a slight 46-29 lead in shots on goal.
