LAWTON, OKLA. – The East Central University men's tennis team split a pair of matches with Cameron and Colorado State-Pueblo in Lawton, Okla. The Tigers (3-5) first fell to Cameron 4-5 and then rebounded for an 8-1 win over Colorado State-Pueblo.

Alex Fillat, who went 2-0 in doubles with his brother senior
Marc Fillat at No. 1 doubles and 2-0 in singles for the day. The brothers combined to earn an 8-4 win over Felope Oyarzun and Mateo Velasco of Cameron and an 8-5 win over Trung Le and Reitter Gael of CSUP.
Alex Fillat then added a 4-6, 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 3 singles against the Aggies and a 6-1, 6-3 win at No. 2 singles against CSUP.
The Tigers will return to action, March 14 when they travel to face Midwestern State at 9 a.m. in Wichita Falls, Texas.
