STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS – The East Central University women's tennis team fell to Tarleton State 2-7 in non-conference action.

The Tigers (7-9) earned points at No. 1 and No. 4 singles.  Sophomore Gloria Mayorga picked up the first point with a 7-5, 6-2 win over Ellie Stevens at No. 4 singles.  The final point came from sophomore Julia Municoy with a 6-4, 4-6, 10-6 win over Erika Richarme at No. 1 singles.

ECU will play their first home match since March 12, Friday, March 3 when they host Henderson State at 8 p.m. at the Ada Tennis Courts.
