ADA, OKLA. – East Central University redshirt junior Anna Mora claimed her second United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Central Region honor for the 2018-19 season, earning the spot in the 10,000 meters.

The El Paso, Texas, native claimed All-Central Region honors in cross country earlier this season after becoming the first Tiger female runner to compete in the NCAA National Championship.

The All-GAC First Team selection in both cross country and track &field, finished second in the 10,000 meters at the 2019 GAC Championships and also hit a NCAA Division II provisional mark in the event with a time of 36:28.39 at the Paul Parent Invitational.

Mora was one of five recipients of 2019 All-Central Region honors from the GAC on the women's side, with three from Oklahoma Baptist and one from Southern Arkansas.
